Dear Ethan Allen Parents and Community,

I am thrilled to announce that your new Ethan Allen principal will be Mrs. Jamie Wells. Mrs. Wells will be an amazing leader for Ethan Allen! I have personally known Mrs. Wells for nearly two decades and can confidently say, her skills, dedication, and knowledge are a perfect fit for Ethan Allen!

I will be working with Mrs. Wells the week we return from the Holidays and her first official day as Ethan Allen's Principal will be Monday,  January 15, 2024. Allen will be in great hands! Please see her message to the community below.

New Ethan Allen Principal’s Message

Hello Allen Families!  

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Jamie Wells, and I am writing to express my excitement for joining Ethan Allen Elementary as the new principal. I appreciate the opportunity to introduce myself before the students go to winter break. I have worked in the Garden Grove Unified School District for 20 years and actually started my teaching career as a GATE teacher at Ethan Allen. I spent 12 years at Allen before transitioning to the positions of Teacher on Special Assignment, Coach for new teachers, and then the GATE supervisor for the district. Most recently, I have been the principal at Stanford Elementary  It is with enthusiasm that I bring my professional experience, passion for students and teaching to Ethan Allen Elementary School.
